The first is leader shreds, raw payloads published directly by the block leader via multicast in one direct hop.
The second is a regional redistribution feed that fills in coverage for validators not yet publishing directly to ZeroMesh.
Both arrive as the same packets the leader emits, no deshredding, no deduplication, no ordering, no aggregation. The fastest possible view of the upcoming block comes from data before anyone has touched it.
